Screen Sharing Guidelines
Software
Screen Sharing is a method our staff use to identify cheaters by accessing the suspected player’s PC through a remote desktop application. We only use trusted software, either open-source or provided by reputable companies such as Echo, to ensure your security. All applications used during the Screen Share will be removed immediately once the process is complete.
Bannable Offenses
While frozen, you must not connect or disconnect any USB devices, nor modify, delete, rename or replace any relevant files. This includes modifying or clearing the recycle bin. In addition, manually disabling key processes is a bannable offense, as is restarting services, Explorer or Minecraft while frozen. Clearing Event Logs or the USN Journal to destroy evidence is also strictly prohibited. Moreover, binding multiple buttons to left or right click, using macros, playing with multiple mice connected or changing mouse or keyboard settings after being frozen are all bannable offenses. Recording or opening any applications during a Screen Share without explicit instructions from staff is not allowed either. The use of system cleaners, anti-scanner programs or encryption tools such as VeraCrypt or Windows BitLocker during boot is not permitted. Executing cheats at any point during the current session will result in an immediate ban. Similarly, closing Minecraft while frozen or disconnecting from the server at any point during a Screen Share will result in a punishment. Refusing to open specific applications requested by staff will be treated the same way.
Required Processes
During a Screen Share, our staff verify that certain system processes, which generate essential logs and data, are running and functional. These include but are not limited to SysMain, DPS, PcaSvc, DnsCache, DiagTrack, and PcaClient. If any of them are found to be disabled, whether deliberately or not, staff may issue an immediate ban. For this reason, we strongly advise against using custom Windows installations, debloating tools or optimizers. If you want to be sure or need help with enabling these processes, please open a ticket on our Discord server.
Your Rights
You are required to follow staff instructions promptly and without unnecessary delays. Staff will not access your personal files or install untrustworthy applications onto your PC. If you feel genuinely uncomfortable at any point, you have the right to refuse the Screen Share, however, doing so will result in a ban. Any suspected abuse of power by staff can be reported immediately through the ticket system on our Discord server.
